Spiritual direction is a sacred partnership that supports you as you explore your faith and connection to Christ. It’s a reflective, personal process that honors your life and the unique story the Author is writing in and through you. As your spiritual director, I’m here to listen, ask thoughtful questions, guide practices, and help you notice the Holy movement within you as you move toward a place of greater connection with God.
