Attentive Listening
As a trained spiritual director our time is spent deeply listening to your story. I don’t just listen to the details of your life, but the movements of your soul.
A Safe Place
This is a nonjudgmental space. Whatever your past or present reality, you are welcome exactly as you are. No hiding necessary.
Unique to Your Story
There really is no one-size-fits-all spiritual life and practice. There are commonalities, but the truth is that the God who uniquely created you wants to meet you, exactly as you are.
What if you and I have different theological beliefs?
Phew, I hope so. Things get a little weird when everyone thinks *exactly* the same thing about everything. I come with one foundational reality- God created you, loves you, and wants to connect with you today. You have never been outside of God’s view and love, however your beliefs are forming.
Are you looking for a speaker or retreat leader?
Well, good. Because this is my jam. I love leaving audiences refreshed after a deep dive into the heart of God, equipped with confidence and practical tools to connect more deeply with God themselves.

I primarily lead pastor/clergy/leader retreats and womens retreats.
